General Rules and Regulations
General Rules and Regulations
We strive to create a disciplined and respectful learning environment. To ensure the smooth functioning of the school, we have established the following guidelines that every student must adhere to:
Punctuality
Students must arrive on time and remain at school until the final bell rings.
Repeated late arrivals will result in a recommendation on the student's diary. After the third late arrival in a month, the student will be sent home for the day.
Leave Policy
Any student wishing to leave school during the day must submit a leave application, signed by both the student and their parents.
In the case of infectious diseases, a medical certificate stating that the student is fit to rejoin school is required.
School Diary
All students must bring their school diary daily. It is an essential tool for communication and tracking progress.
Attendance Requirement
A minimum percentage of attendance is required for eligibility to appear in exams. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may result in exclusion from the examination.
Uniform Code
Students are expected to wear the school uniform neatly and with pride. Cleanliness and proper attire are mandatory.
School Property
Any damage caused to school property by a student must be compensated fully within a given period.
Examination Clearance
Students will not be permitted to sit for exams without clearing all outstanding dues in advance.
Behavioral Expectations
Students involved in any misconduct will face disciplinary action, which may include suspension or expulsion.
Language Policy
Speaking in English is mandatory within the school premises. Students found speaking in other languages may face disciplinary measures.
Mobile Phones and Gadgets
The use of mobile phones and electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited on school grounds.
Active Participation
Students are encouraged to actively participate in all school activities, as these provide valuable opportunities for personality development.
By following these guidelines, we aim to foster a safe, respectful, and enriching learning environment for all students.
